Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Crystal Lady Design’s (the parent company of The Professional Crafters Guild) relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
The term ‘Crystal Lady Designs’, ‘The Professional Crafters Guild’, ‘the Guild’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is Benarth, Manor Park, Clyst Sty Mary, Devon, EX5 1BW. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:
Membership
Members of the Guild must be registered with the HMRC or government of your country if USA or Australia. (Or if a start-up business be registered within one year)
Members must always carry out their business in a legal and proper manner and realise that the Professional Crafters Guild will not intervene or mediate between your business and your customer.
Members must notify us of any change to business details, email address, weblinks etc.
It is the members responsibility to register for access to the members area once they have received their registration number. It is also the members responsibility to create and maintain their directory listing on the Guild website.
Members must never intentionally or unintentionally hurt the reputation of the Professional Crafters Guild.
Membership fees and benefits are subject to change without notice.
Your membership can be terminated by the Professional Crafters Guild at any time. (This will be discussed with you prior to termination)
Membership Renewal
On the anniversary of your subscription your membership will automatically renew through PayPal. You will get a notification after payment has been taken that says payment is To: Crystal Lady Designs, For: Professional Crafters Guild Membership, for the amount relevant for your level of membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
If you do not wish to continue your membership you have the right and can cancel your direct debit subscription at any time through your PayPal account, please remember cancellation must be processed at least 48 hours before the next payment is due, to give the PayPal system enough time to process your request. If you would prefer us to do this at our end please contact The Guild by email and allow The Guild 14 days to process your request with PayPal, so please allow enough time prior to your direct debit renewal for the Guild to process your request.
If you cancel part way through your current year of membership, your entitlements and subscriber benefits will remain active until the date of renewal. You can request for The Guild to revoke all membership privileges before your membership expires, these include for example: your listings on our website and any access to the Guilds Social Media pages and members areas on the website.
There are no refunds for unused parts of your annual membership, if you wish to leave with time remaining on your current year. However the Guild understands that life can throw up challenges beyond your control; please get in contact with the guild by email if you want to discuss this further.
General:
You must only use Membership badges that you are subscribed to and all Guild Logos must (where possible) carry a link to the Guild website.
All annual membership fees are due on the day of renewal. If you are struggling to pay but would like to remain a member or would like an alternative payment method please contact the Guild. Payment is by automatic PayPal subscription which is set up by you when joining the Guild.
All materials provided by the Guild for download or on our website are copyright of the Guild and must not be copied or shared without the permission of the Guild.
Memberships confirmed before December 2015 (at our previous basic level) will continue to remain active at a reduced level but may not be included in future benefits available to yearly subscriptions. It is possible to upgrade to a subscription at any time.
Uncivilised behaviour or bullying of any kind will not be tolerated in the Guild and will incur the termination of your membership.
Copyright
With members permission we may use their product images and business logo and information for promotional purposes. This includes listings and features on the Guild website, posts and graphics on social media, Guild publications.
All images provided by members must be owned by the member and not in breach of copyright.
All content unless otherwise stated or in reference to Guild members remains copyright of the guild.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Crystal Lady Designs T/A The Professional Crafters Guild collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the www.procraftersguild.com website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all products and services offered by Crystal Lady Designs.
Subscription fees are managed via PayPal and all PayPal transactions are subject to the PayPal Privacy Policy.
Personal identification information
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, apply for membership and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name, email address, mailing address, phone number, credit card information. We do not have access to your financial details, this is collected securely via PayPal. Our newsletters are sent out securely via Mailchimp. Our membership records are limited to, name, email address, Country and County, website links that have been provided.
Users may, however, visit our Site anonymously.
We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personally identification information, except that it may prevent them from engaging in certain Site related activities.
Non-personal identification information
We may collect non-personal identification information about Users whenever they interact with our Site. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users means of connection to our Site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

We continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

To send Users information they agreed to receive about topics we think will be of interest to them.

The email address Users provide for order processing will not be used, only the email provided in the application will be used to send them information and updates pertaining to their application. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email or User may contact us via our Site.
